Simply Print the Temple Coloring Pages
I love it when things are easy! That’s why I’ve designed the temple coloring pages to stand on their own. Printed on white paper, they make a great coloring page for children or adults alike. You can even slip the pages into plastic protectors and then use dry erase crayons so you can color the pages over and over again. For a simple, frame-able image, you can also print the line-art on colored and textured paper.
Of course, if you want to do something a little bit different, the simple lines and shading leave room for you to use the image in a variety of projects.
Add Words to Customize
In keeping with my mission of giving you the tools to follow your own creative inspiration, I’ve designed the temple coloring pages with a transparent background to make them very easy for you to customize. You can easily use Word, Canva, or Photoshop to combine these images and the words you feel inspired to share. You can also personalize the coloring pages with names and dates. Transferring, Tracing, or Using Temple Coloring Pages as a Reference
Although printing the page works perfectly for coloring with crayons, pencils, or markers, the images can also be used as a sketch for painting. First, print the image at the size you need. Then, transfer the image by drawing over the lines onto watercolor paper or canvas, using tracing paper, or using it as a visual reference as you sketch it yourself. Make Newsletters and Programs Fun!
One of the frequent requests I received when I was in charge of printed ward bulletins was to make it more fun for the children. If you don’t need full-color documents, consider using a line-art illustration somewhere in the design. It can be beautiful in its simplicity, and it invites people of all ages to develop and celebrate their own creativity as well.
As a bonus, it saves on ink.
Temple Coloring Pages From Posters to Tags
You can print the temples out in a larger format (lines may become blurry if it’s enlarged much more than 11×14″ – check with your printer for recommendations). The larger size makes a great group coloring project! Wouldn’t it be fun if the children got to help create the Primary bulletin board this year? You can also print the images much smaller for gift tags, name tags, or even place tags.
